Return & Refund Policy

At Goalriz.com, we have 30 days return policy. That means, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We accept the return under the following conditions:

  • You received wrong products
  • Your order contains damaged products
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You must contact us first for returning the product.
  • It’s not pass 30 days since purchased date
  • Products must be new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to initiate a return

If you need to return a product, you can contact us at support@goalriz.comIf your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label (you need to download it) and instructions on how to return the package by mail. Customers will not have to pay return shipping costs. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

There is no Restocking Fee.

Refund

Refund will made to your original payment method.

If you want to receive refund to another payment method, please contact with us so that we can refund that payment method. We don’t pay any extra fees other payment method, so any extra fees will deduct to the refund.

Once we receive your order and check it’s in original condition, a refund will be deposited into your account within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank, the refund may take some time to appear on your account.

Exchange

We offer exchange. But if any exchange products not available in stock the customer need to wait for re-stocking or customer can request for refund. If exchange products are available, customer must return the original item to us first. Once we received it, we will send you the exchange product. In this case, customer has to pay for return shipping cost.

Damage/Defective/Incorrect Items

Before shipping out, we check every product very carefully but sometime this thing happened by carrier. If you receive damage, incorrect or defective products, please contact us within 30 days after you received the items. We immediately take action. We will pay for return shipping cost.

Cancellation

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.
