Return Window
At Goalriz.com, we have 30 days return policy. That means, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
Return Eligibility
We accept the return under the following conditions:
- You received wrong products
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item is defective
- Part of your order is missing
- You contacted us before returning the product
- It has not been more than 30 days since delivery
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags, accessories, and manuals included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
To ensure full transparency, here is a clear breakdown of return shipping responsibility:
The Customer Pays for Return Shipping When:
- You change your mind and no longer want the product
- You ordered the wrong item, size, color, or style
- You request an exchange for reasons not related to defects
- You refuse delivery for reasons unrelated to damage
- You return an item without the original packaging
- You return an item because of delivery delays, but we shipped the order within our stated timeframe
In these cases, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Goalriz Co Pays for Return Shipping When:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
- Part of your order is missing
- We made a fulfillment or packing error
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (you need to download it) at no cost to you.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at: support@goalriz.com
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return address with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Once we’ve received and checked the item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Refund
Refund will made to your original payment method.
If you want to receive refund to another payment method, please contact with us so that we can refund that payment method. We don’t pay any extra fees other payment method, so any extra fees will deduct to the refund.
Once we receive your order and check it’s in original condition, a refund will be deposited into your account within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take some time to appear on your account.
Exchange
We offer exchanges when stock is available.
Exchange terms:
- Customer must return the original item first
- Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the replacement
- If the exchange item is out of stock, you may choose:
- To wait for restocking, or
- To receive a refund
- For exchanges (non-defective reasons), the customer pays return shipping
- For defective/damaged/wrong item exchanges, Goalriz Co covers return shipping
Damage/Defective/Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will:
- Assist you immediately
- Cover return shipping costs
- Send a replacement or issue a refund
We inspect all products before shipment, but damage can occur during transit.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or rerouted.
