At Goalriz, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains our return, refund, and exchange process in a clear and transparent way.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy.

This means you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must include original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goalriz.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

For non-defective or change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Goalriz will cover return shipping costs.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide the appropriate return address along with detailed return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return can be safely received and processed.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund or exchange.

All returns must be sent by mail. We do not accept in-person returns or drop-off returns.

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items returned in used, worn, damaged, or incomplete condition
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Please contact us before returning the product
  • The original item must be returned first

If the replacement item is in stock, the exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Please check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for further information

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@goalriz.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@goalriz.com.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered to the United States, customs duties or import fees are rarely applied. If any charges are imposed by authorities, they are outside our control.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs duties, any eligible refund may be issued after the item is received and inspected, excluding shipping costs.
