Do you ship to my country?
At this time, we ship only to customers within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Malaysia.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders are delivered using DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat shipping rate of $15.90 for all orders with no minimum amount. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time includes:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery time: approximately 8–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- Courier information
- A tracking link
You may also track your order through our tracking page using your order details.
When will my tracking information be available?
Tracking information usually becomes active within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Please note that tracking updates depend on courier system updates.
Why can’t I see tracking updates yet?
Sometimes the courier requires additional time to update tracking details.
If your tracking does not show movement after 2–3 business days, please contact us at support@goalriz.com.
Are there customs duties or import taxes?
We cover standard shipping and handling costs.
In rare cases, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by U.S. authorities. If this occurs, such charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they are imposed by government agencies and are outside our control.
Will you store my credit card information?
No. All payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure payments through:
- PayPal
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (via PayPal)
You may select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may place an order as a guest without creating an account.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@goalriz.com.
Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or rerouted.
I entered the wrong email address. Can I update it?
Yes. Please contact us at support@goalriz.com and our team will update your email address so you continue receiving order notifications.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Goalriz covers return shipping costs.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@goalriz.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
My item arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damage.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@goalriz.com and we will assist you.
