We offer Free Shipping Worldwide for all orders with no minimum order. You will never be charged hidden fees or surprise surcharges at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically require 2 to 3 working days to process and dispatch your order. Shipping time will take 5-7 working days.
Handling + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery Time
Thus, estimated delivery times after order has been placed is 7-10 working days.
Please account for any public holidays or customs processing that may affect delivery time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your package in real time or you can track your order here.
Is there duties, import taxes or any additional charges I need to pay?
We cover all postage and handling costs. You won’t incur customs duties, import taxes or any additional charges when you pay.
When will my tracking information be available?
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order ships. Tracking statuses update as your package moves through delivery checkpoints.
Why can’t I track my order on your website?
You can track your parcel in the email sent with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Occasionally, tracking may not update immediately. You can try again in 2-3 days. If you’re still unable to locate your tracking details, contact our support team at support@goalriz.com.
Will you store my credit card information?
No. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted platforms. Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us immediately at support@goalriz.com. We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.
I entered the wrong email address. Can I update it?
Yes, contact us at support@goalriz.com and we’ll update your email to ensure you receive order updates.
What is your return policy?
At Goalriz.com, we have 30 days return policy. That means, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
We accept the return under the following conditions:
- You received wrong products
- Your order contains damaged products
- Part of your order is missing from the package
- You must contact us first for returning the product.
- It’s not pass 30 days since purchased date
- Products must be new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

My item arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Absolutely. Please email our team with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
