Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship only to the United States.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship exclusively with DHL. DHL handles the entire delivery process, from dispatch in Malaysia to final delivery at your address in the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders. No hidden fees or surprise charges
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Transit Time (DHL to the U.S.): 7–10 business days
Total Delivery Estimate: 8-12 business days
Please allow extra time for public holidays, customs clearance, or courier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your package in real time or you can track your order here.
Is there duties, import taxes or any additional charges I need to pay?
Most DHL shipments to the United States do not incur extra duties. If any customs charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer. We cover all normal shipping and handling costs.
When will my tracking information be available?
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order ships. Tracking statuses update as your package moves through delivery checkpoints.
Why can’t I track my order on your website?
Sometimes DHL may take a short time to update tracking information. Please try again after 2–3 business days. If you're still unable to view tracking updates, contact us at: support@goalriz.com.
Will you store my credit card information?
No. All transactions are securely processed by trusted payment providers. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need an account to place an order?

How do I place an order?
Simply:

How do I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@goalriz.com. We cannot change delivery addresses once an order has shipped.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
I entered the wrong email address. Can I update it?
Yes, contact us at support@goalriz.com and we’ll update your email to ensure you receive order updates.
What is your return policy?
At Goalriz.com, we have 30 days return policy. That means, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
You may return an item if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item is defective
- Part of your order is missing
- You contacted us before returning the item
- It has been less than 30 days since delivery
Items must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all accessories and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

My item arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Absolutely. Please email our team with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please verify the email you provided during checkout. Contact us to update your information if needed.
