Where do we ship from?
The majority of our inventory is shipped from our primary warehouses in Malaysia. However, we also maintain select warehouse facilities in the United States and the United Kingdom to better serve our international customers. Orders are dispatched based on the customer’s delivery address to ensure efficient and timely shipping.
In some cases, products may be fulfilled from multiple locations, which could result in your order arriving in separate packages at different times.
Is your item ready stocks?
Yes, we only sell items that are currently in stock. If something runs out, we’ll temporarily remove it from our listings until it’s restocked. Our processing time is 2–3 days because we carefully check each item for quality before sending it out to you.
