At Goalriz.com, we are committed to deliver your order in a timely and secure manner. Below you’ll find detailed information about our processing times, shipping durations, and what to do in case of delays or changes.
Order Cut-off

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) will enter our fulfillment queue the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.
Ship From
The majority of our inventory is shipped from our primary warehouses in Malaysia. However, we also maintain select warehouse facilities in the United States and the United Kingdom to better serve our international customers. Orders are dispatched based on the customer’s delivery address to ensure efficient and timely shipping.
In some cases, products may be fulfilled from multiple locations, which could result in your order arriving in separate packages at different times.
Shipping Method
For shipments within the United States, orders are delivered via USPS, while other countries' orders are shipped through carriage-paid couriers.
Handling Time
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday).

5-7 working days (Monday – Friday)

Handling + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery Time
Thus, estimated delivery times after order has been placed is 7-10 working days.
Please account for any public holidays or customs processing that may affect delivery time.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free Shipping Worldwide for all orders with no minimum order. You will never be charged hidden fees or surprise surcharges at checkout.
Track Your Package
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your package in real time. Occasionally, tracking may not update immediately. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order ships. Tracking statuses update as your package moves through delivery checkpoints.
Change of Address
If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us immediately at support@goalriz.com. We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.
No Extra Charges/Custom Duties
We cover all postage and handling costs. You won’t incur customs duties, import taxes or any additional charges when you pay.
