We’ve got you covered! Goalriz.com provides a prepaid return label, so customers do not pay for return shipping.

Return Process:

1. Email Us at support@goalriz.com
   Use the subject line: “Return/Refund Request”
2. Include the following:
   1. Your order number
   2. Clear photos of the product (especially if damaged or incorrect)
3. Receive & Print the prepaid return label we send via email
4. Package the item securely
5. Ship it back using the label provided
6. Once we receive your return, we’ll email you a confirmation

EXCHANGES

We gladly offer free exchanges if:

• You received the wrong item
• The item was damaged
• The product does not match the description

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval.
