SHIPPING METHOD:

We offer FREE standard shipping to all customers. Orders will be shipped via National Post Service and are trackable.

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday).

SHIPPING TIME:

  •     5-7 working days (Monday – Friday).


SHIPPING CHARGE:

  • Free Shipping (Flat rate for all orders)

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your package in real time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

  •     We cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.
  •     The customer is responsible for the cost of replacing the items.
  •     Return shipping fees are not our responsibility. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.


Therefore, please be careful when entering your shipping address to avoid any such issues.

 
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@goalriz.com

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

We are not responsible for the payment of local taxes and import duties. The price of the products does not include any taxes. The buyer should check the customs duties and taxes for his country before placing the order. Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country. Some countries are duty-free, while others charge import taxes. So, checking the custom policy is the responsibility of the customer.
