RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition.
Return Eligibility:
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Who Covers Return Shipping?
We’ve got you covered! Goalriz.com provides a prepaid return label, so customers do not pay for return shipping.
Return Process:
- Email Us at support@goalriz.com
Use the subject line: “Return/Refund Request” - Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product (especially if damaged or incorrect)
- Receive & Print the prepaid return label we send via email
- Package the item securely
- Ship it back using the label provided
- Once we receive your return, we’ll email you a confirmation
Notes: Return times may vary based on your shipping location.
EXCHANGES
We gladly offer free exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item was damaged
- The product does not match the description
Once your return is in transit, we’ll begin processing the replacement product.
REFUNDS
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after approval
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued
Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
Modification or Cancellation Window
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and changes may no longer be possible.
How to Request Changes

Shipped Orders
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make modifications. In that case, you may wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy for the next steps.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
For orders canceled successfully within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
